Adult: £139 (plus booking fee)

Under-12: free (but they must be registered)
13–17 years: £60 (plus booking fee)
Students: £100 (plus booking fee)

Live-in vehicle: £50 (plus booking fee)

 

If you are travelling by car, your car park pass is included with your ticket.

 

Terms and conditions of ticket purchase and festival entry:-

 

1. Rights of admission reserved.

2. No admission without a valid ticket.

3. No entry to under-18s unless accompanied by a competent parent or guardian who must remain with them at all times. Please note that children aged 16 and under will not be allowed in the bar areas after midnight and no under-18s will be allowed in the tent areas during 18+ programming. Parties exceeding a ratio of 1 competent guardian to 4 under-18s will not be admitted.

4. This ticket is non-transferable between the 5th and 9th of July 2012.

5. Lasers and strobe lighting will be used at the festival.

6. Music levels may well be in excess of 100 decibels and prolonged exposure could damage hearing especially in young children.

7.  Anyone under the age of 18 must stay at  least 2 meters from the bar. If you appear to be Under 21 you may be asked for ID.

8. We will refuse the right of entry to anyone we belive bringing alcohol onto site not for their personal consumption.

7. People with disabilities interested in using the disabled facilities at the festival should apply directly to [email protected].

9. There will be no access to the site based purely on orange or blue disabled vehicle badges.

10. Please note that space is limited in all camping areas, it cannot be reserved and is available on a first come first served basis.

11. Live-in vehicle tickets must be purchased in advance and cannot be obtained at the box office. Only live-in vehicles and selected structures are permitted in the designated campsite, there will be no cars. Please refer to the website for definitions.

12. Live-in vehicles/trailer tents/caravans etc. are only allowed in the Live-in vehicle area.

13. All large buses and/or other large vehicles need permission before being brought onto site.

14. Tents will be removed if erected in fire lanes or anywhere outside the campsite boundaries.

15. All ticket holders agree to comply with any searches which designated festival security deem necessary to their person, vehicle, live-in vehicle, luggage or equipment.

16. Hired temporary accommodation can be obtained via www.novafestival.co.uk. Beanstalk Uk ltd is not affiliated with the companies supplying these structures and is therefore not responsible for any problems arising.

17. Line-up and infrastructure are subject to change.

18. No pets, sound systems, glass bottles, open fires, generators or tin foil barbeques are allowed on to site. No alcohol is allowed to be taken into the entertainment areas.

19. No unauthorised recordings of the event. All images and sound recordings remain the property of Beanstalk UK Ltd.

21. Cameras for personal use allowed.

22. Ticket holders consent to the photographing, filming and sound recording of themselves as part of the audience, and should be aware that this may be used in future promotional or broadcast material.

23. Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances, other than the total cancellation of the event, when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

24. Ticket holders enter at their own risk. The Licensee will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at this event including damage, theft or losses to property or motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons. Customers should also make sure that they are equipped with suitable attire for the conditions on site.

25. Medical matters are dealt with on site by a separate organisation to Beanstalk Uk Ltd, who are therefore not responsible for any problems arising.

26. Consequence of dangerous behaviour, fly-pitching or sale of any other goods or unauthorised trading will result in immediate expulsion from the site.

27. Trespassing on adjoining private property will result in expulsion.
