1. When is the festival?
Nova festival will be held on Thursday 5th until Sunday 8th July 2012.
2. Where is the festival?
At the gorgeous Bignor Estate, Pulborough, West Sussex, RH20 1HG
3. When can I buy tickets?
Full price tickets are now on sale! All earlybird tickets have sold out.
4. Where can I buy tickets?

5. How much do tickets cost?
Our full price tickets are £139. This includes the price of parking. For more info, please see our Tickets page.
6. Are there age restrictions?
Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. You may be asked for proof of age for your under-12s.
7. Do you sell family tickets?
Tickets are free for under-12's, but you must register your child ahead of the event as numbers are subject to availability. For ages 13 to 17 tickets are priced at £60.
8. Do you sell student tickets?
Yes, they are £100. You will need to produce a valid NUS or ISIC ID at the festival gate – sorry, no other student ID will be accepted.
9. Do you sell day tickets?
There are no day tickets, only weekend tickets.
10. When can we arrive at Nova?
You can arrive on Thursday 5th July, from 2pm onwards.
11. What day/time must we be off site?
You’ll have to leave Nova Festival by Monday 9th July at 11.30am.
12. Are there tickets available for people with disabilities and their carers?
Yes, we provide tickets for both people with disabilities and their carers/ PAs. Tickets for carers are free of charge. Please email us directly at [email protected] to discuss specific requirements.
13. Disabled toilets?
Yes we will provide disabled toilets as well as assisted camping, please email [email protected] to discuss your requirements.
14. Do we need to purchase car passes? In advance? How much?
Car park passes are included in your ticket.
15. Do we need to purchase campervan passes? In advance? How much?
Campervan passes will need to be purchased in advance at £50 per vehicle. Please remember campervan passes are subject to availability, and we do have limited number. Don't forget, you will still need to purchase tickets for yourself too!
16. Are cars and campervans in the same field or different fields?
Campervans are situated in one area of the campsite. Cars will be parked in the car park before you arrive into the camping area.
17. Will there be luxury camping options available?
Most certainly, spoil yourself in a Podpad or indulge in a Bell Tent. Both offer comfortable, hassle free, boutique camping.

18. Can we bring dogs?
Sorry no animals, as much as we’d love them.
19. Can we make fires?
Sorry no individual open fires, but we will provide large campfire sessions with singing and entertainment in the evenings.
20. Can we bring our own alcohol?
You can, as long as you drink it in the camping areas and not in the entertainment fields. Remember, absolutely no glass is allowed on site for safety reasons. Please decanter anything inside glass bottles into plastic bottles prior to arrival.
21. Can I bring a small BBQ?
Please do not bring disposable BBQs. However BBQs that come with a stand and proper camping stoves are more than welcome, just be careful of naked flames and close proximity to tents.
22. What happens if I lose my ticket?
Unfortunately we do not offer duplicate tickets or offer refunds for lost or stolen tickets. Sorry!
23. Do you do refunds/returns?
Afraid not, unfortunately there are no refunds or returns unless the event is cancelled.
24. When will I receive tickets once purchased?
Tickets should be received at least two weeks before the festival.
25. What onsite facilities will be available?
Onsite will have everything you need, plus more! The Nova Pub, bars, food stalls, merchandise stalls, an information centre, general stores for essential items, tobacco outlets, property lock ups, a lost property tent, first aid, a welfare tent, cash points, clean toilets, hot showers, hot tubs, fresh water... all this and much, much more!
26. Will there be bars?
There will be plenty of bars and drinks available for thirsty throats. We even have our very own pub - The Nova Arms! Onsite there will be a variety of drink options, from traditional local beers, ales and ciders to cocktails, to wines, and spirits, plus late night hot toddies.
27. Will there be food?
We are selecting the very best food stalls to represent a wide selection of flavors, tastes, styles, and price range, as well as catering for all ages and dietary requirements.
28. What if I forget something?
Don’t worry, there will be plenty of merchandise stalls, you can buy essential items or satisfy your shopping needs browsing round the various stalls.
29. What if I run out of cash?
You can use an ATM. Unfortunately there will be a charge for this.
30. Will there be Lockers?
Yes, We will provide a 24hour lock up service, but there will be a small fee.
31. Will there be bike lock ups?
Yes.
32. Can I recharge my phone?
Yes.
33. What about lost property?
Lost property will be located outside the entertainment field, near the camping field alongside our property lock-up and first aid quarter.
34. Will there be first aid?
There will be a first aid tent and paramedics on site at all times.
35. Will there be a welfare tent?
Yes
36. Are there water points on site?
Yes.
37. Where can I get a timetable/line-up/program?
Programs will be available to purchase at gates on entry and around site.
